Talent & Development Early Career Programme (9 months) (F/M/X)

 

Would you like to understand how the talent function works in a global company and start building your career with real impact?

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take part in key initiatives such as development programmes, competency-based leadership, talent attraction, onboarding, and employee listening.

You will join the Corporate Talent team at a time of transformation, collaborating with international teams. This will give you a comprehensive view of how talent and culture processes are designed and implemented at a global level.

You will play an active role in launching and delivering different talent initiatives, participating in the entire lifecycle, from preparation to follow-up..

 

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Prepare content and materials for talent programmes and initiatives

  • Support talent attraction and management campaigns
  • Track projects and ensure they progress on time and with quality
  • Support the implementation of new processes and tools
  • Monitor KPIs and coordinate with other teams
  • Prepare reports and presentations

In addition, you will be involved in digitalisation projects within the function, including the use of AI applied to talent processes. 

 

What profile are we looking for?

Recent graduates (Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Humanities) who want to start their career in the People function and stand out for their:

What do we offer?

  • Base salary: €30–35K
  • Benefits: Meal allowance, commuting support (home to work mileage), pension plan, attendance bonus, year-end bonus. Additionally:
    • 2 days/week of remote work
    • Flexible working hours (start between 7:00 and 9:30, and finish from 16:00 onwards). Fridays: intensive schedule with finish from 13:00
