TECHNICAL AUDITS ENGINEER

What is the objective of this position? What is the expected result?

We are looking for a person with transversal technical knowledge to actively participate in the Technical Audits of Product and Manufacturing Process, Technology Development and Experimental Products.

The selected person will participate in the Technical Audits of the projects in progress, identifying their risks and proposing potential improvements compatible with the objectives of each project, with the aim of qualifying as an independent Technical Approver. You will participate in the development and implementation of tools and indicators to improve the agility of technical audit processes.

 What profile are we looking for?

• Education: Aeronautical, Industrial, Mechanical, Industrial Organization, Physics, Chemistry.
• Experience in: we are looking for an individual with experience in two or more technical functions from different ITP Aero disciplines within the Engineering area. The level of qualification in each discipline will be assessed.
• Knowledge in: Knowledge in the following areas will be valued: Technical Risk Management, Design Criteria, Analysis Methodologies, Materials Development, Manufacturing Process Development, Technology Development, Failure and Safety Management, Change Management and Approval, Industrialization Process.
• Languages: High knowledge of Spanish and English, spoken and written, is essential.
• Soft Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset. Passion for learning. Enthusiasm, motivation, ability and commitment. Proactivity and initiative.

 What training will you receive to be able to carry out the work?

Complementary training in processes and tools for Technical Audits of Product and Process  and Technology Development. Participation in technical reviews of various kinds from the moment of incorporation (on-the-job training).

You will work within the Airworthiness and Technical Audits team, in collaboration with the company's various projects and technological areas.

You will acquire a global knowledge of all the company's projects in their different stages of maturity, while helping projects to identify risks and their mitigations in order to meet their deadlines, quality and cost objectives.
