Senior Program Manager GE Parts Manufacturing (F/M/X)
Role objective
Responsible for leading the comprehensive implementation of GE Aerospace New Contracts. Ensures profitability, compliance with planning and coordination of all areas involved. Oversees compliance with contractual commitments of the client and other strategic partners, managing both internal operations and relationships with key stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Manage Make-to-Print new contracts (Rotatives, Externals) for the client GE Aerospace.
- Responsible for the relationship with GE Aerospace regarding the contracts.
- Provide support in the execution of the contracts.
- Manage, plan, develop, and industrialize the parts of GE Aerospace programs included in contract, in collaboration with engineering, supply chain, quality, planning, and project management teams.
- Coordinate the team to ensure compliance with program requirements in safety, quality, deliveries, and cost.
- Control the budget and business plans, including indirect costs, direct costs, and investments.
- Coordinate internally and externally the resolution of quality and delivery issues with the client.
Who we are looking for:
- Education: Engineering degree.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management , coordinating tasks with Internal and external stakeholders (Customers/Suppliers).
- Required Knowledge:
- Deep knowledge of Aerospace Engine parts or Manufacturing Processes.
- Knowledge of the aerospace market.
- Knowledge of Business Cases Finance.
- Legal knowledge or experience in contract management.
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Languages: High level of spoken and written English.
- Soft Skills:
- Communication skills with both clients and internally, as interaction with many areas is required.
- Negotiation and proactivity skills are a must.
- Results and customer satisfaction oriented.
- Willingness to travel.
