What is the objective of this project and what does it consist

At ITP Aero we are looking a engineering profile  to incorporate in our Department of a Quality Engineer for:

- Quality assurance of structural products in the factory.
- Validation of new manufacturing processes and change management.
- Leading multidisciplinary problem solving team (root cause analysis of process events).
- Participation in continuous improvement activities related to the product/process.
- Manage non-conforming product.
- Define measurement and inspection processes.
- Controlling the area's quality indicators

  What profile are we looking for? 

Education: Engineering in Industrial Organisation or Industrial Engineering, preferably with specific training in industrial quality systems.
Experience:
- Experience of 2 or 3 years in Quality or Product positions in industrial sector, preferably aeronautical.
Knowledge in:

-  Machining processes,  production management, planning and organisation of the physical-productive system: Lean Manufacturing will be an asset.

-  Conventional and three-dimensional measurement techniques.

- Statistical process control

- Handling of quality tools.

Languages: High level written and spoken English 

Soft skills:
- Multidisciplinary teamwork, with proactivity.
- Innovation and creativity in production environments.
- Customer orientation.
