What is the objective of this project and what does it consist

At ITP Aero we are looking a profile to incorporate in our Department of  Quality Engineer for:

• Improvement of the management system 

• Continuous improvement of processes and KPIs

• Implementation of the Quality Management System in the new laboratory

• Management and support for both internal and external Audits.

• Manage non conformances through problem solving techniques

• Maintenance management and organization methodology: 5S 

What profile are we looking for?

• Education: Engineering Degree (Industrial , Aerospace...)
• Experience in Quality Systems and Experience in Chemical  Metallography Testing 
• Knowledge in:  
  • Quality regulations and quality management systems :ISO 9001, EN 9100 and  prefereable ISO 17025 or Nadcap
  • 5Ss and Kamishibai
  • Knowledge of problems solving techniques (8D, SCRA, 5W's)
• Languages: Advanced English
• Soft Skills: Teamwork; Problem solving and Comunication skills

What training will you receive to be able to carry out the job?

You will work alongside a strategic multidisciplinary team for the company, and you will be able to manage the laboratories from Quality point of view.

You will be trained in:

Current Quality System according to Nadcap Regulation

Nadcap regulations

Who will I work with (in my team and in collaboration with other areas)?

You will provide service to ITP Aero from its headquarters in Zamudio, under the guidance of professionals with extensive experience in the sector in a leading company in aeronautical engines and components that ranks among the top companies in the global aeronautical industry.

You will work closely with Materials and Processes Laboratories team with fluid interlocution with all Materials and Processed area.
