Reports to  Head of Area UND
Scope Support the management and execution of complete engine contracts for ITP Aero: management of deliverables and coordination with areas for their completion; management of program schedules and their internal and external interdependencies; management of program costs and other financial aspects as applicable (operational planning, inventory, debt, invoicing, investments), active monitoring of risks 
Accountabilities  
- Contribute to the achievement and monitoring of overall program objectives in terms of time/quality/cost
- Lead activities related to load, analysis, internal deployment, and monitoring of customer demand
- Effective coordination with the ITP Aero supply chain team, operational units, engineering, quality, legal, safety,... for a effective program management
- Support in client management through continuous communication and interaction to identify needs, growth opportunities, and establish the relevant actions for their fulfillment and the improvement of program profitability
- Support in the relationship with the client and internal ITP teams for day-to-day program management matters
- Standardization and continuous improvement of full engine program management
- Support to NPI (New Product Introduction) and industrialization processes with operational units in defining and managing in coordinated manner the master plan, client requirements, change management, business case, cost reductions, and supply chain support along the product lifecycle: launch, development, and production
- Support in export control management and specific security requirements

Profile Experience - Desirable direct previous experience with OEMs (e.g., Rolls-Royce), in
                           project or program management areas
                       - Desirable direct previous experience with supply chain, quality, and        
                         manufacturing processes
                       - Desirable previous experience in multidisciplinary teams in engineering or
                          manufacturing projects
                       - Previous experience participating in long-term projects will be valued."
Technical skills - SAP (desirable but not essential. Specific training would be provided)
                                - Fluent use of MS Office tools"

Education   Bachelor / Master Degr Engineering degree qualified in Aerospace or engineering related discipline.
