Materials and Processes Specialist (F/M/X)

Job Objective: At ITP AERO, a company specializing in the design, manufacture, and service support of aeronautical turbines, we are looking to immediately incorporate a person with training in Materials and Processes into the Materials and Processes Engineering team that supports the activities of the Operational Units.

Your main responsibilities / What you will do:

• Selection of Materials and Processes through Buy-Off of Schemes and Engineering Plans.
• Approval of Supply Condition Plans.
• Issuance of generic or specific component standards
• Evaluation of Materials from raw materials or Non-Conforming Components
• Development and approval of suppliers for both Raw Materials and Components (casting, forging, etc.). This includes Special Processes (deeply related to forging or casting processes) for which the support of Manufacturing Technologies may be required
• Approval of manufacturing methods (casting and forging), raw materials, and product manufacturing. Approval of Data Cards deeply related to the forging or casting process in collaboration with Manufacturing Technologies
• Management of Manufacturing Changes for the production of raw materials and products
• Generation of product-specific design data
• Service support (deviation analysis, repair manuals, and schemes)
• Technical reports to capture the generated experience

Who we are looking for:

• Education: Degree or Master's in materials, physics, chemistry, or Engineering
• Experience: Previous experience with materials and processes of aeronautical components will be valued
• Knowledge in: Complex industry with a focus on materials
• Languages: High level of English. Certified C1 level of English
