What is the objective of this project and what does it consist of? 

The main responsibilities of the position are: 

• Review and deployment of the technical requirements of the Process / Product. 

• Product Validation (FAI) 

• Change and Non Conforming Product Management. 

• Conducting / defending audits 

• Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) collaborating in the realization of key elements of the PPAP (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC).  

• Collaborate in the definition and implementation of the Zero Escapes program based on the following lines of work: 

a.Advance in Standardization and problem solving methodologies, collaborating in agile and robust implementation of container actions as well as in multi-causal analysis and in the transversalization and identification of latent causes that allow us to take a significant step forward in prevention. 
b. Strengthen product quality assurance at the source, through the use of tools such as self-control and RFT. 

 What profile are we looking for? 

•   Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or similar 

•   Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of product/process quality 
•   Knowledge in:

• • Aeronautical and internal System, Process, Product regulations 
  • APQP-PPAP 
  • First Sample validation
  • Troubleshooting Techniques; SCRAs, 8Ds, CEDACs
  • Core Tools; MSA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Standardization
  • Solid knowledge of applied statistics
  • Machining manufacturing processes, Non Destructive Testing and Special Processes type Shot Peening
  • Inspection methods in the area
