What is the objective of this position? What is the expected outcome?

At ITP Aero, we are looking for professionals to expand our manufacturing process engineering team for aerospace components in the Manufacturing Engineering Department for Discs at our facility in the Zamudio Technology Park.

 What profile are we looking for?

A professional interested in working in a production environment and complex manufacturing processes, with strong communication skills to coordinate with different disciplines:

• Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Required experience: Experience and knowledge in manufacturing processes (machining, NDTs, CMM, etc.) will be valued, as well as data analysis skills and coordination and communication abilities..
• Necessary knowledge: Knowledge in 3D modeling of parts and drafting (CAD, preferably Siemens NX) will be valued, as well as experience with product lifecycle management software (PLM, preferably Teamcenter) and SAP.
• Personal skills: Proactivity, teamwork skills, ability to learn and adapt..
• Languages: Advanced level of Spanish.

 What training will you receive to carry out the work?

You will work alongside a young and multidisciplinary team on major long-term projects for the civil and defense aviation industry.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Improving the manufacturing processes of components:

                      Creating solid models for different process phases.

Developing instructions and work guides for the execution of new processes.

*Defining and implementing necessary improvements for product industrialization: reducing process times and costs associated with non-quality.

*Providing production support and continuous process improvement.
