MANUFACTURING PROCESS ENGINEER (F/M/X)

Position Objective:

At ITP Aero, we are looking for professionals to expand our team of manufacturing process engineers for aeronautical components, within the Rotor Manufacturing Engineering Department at our Zamudio Technology Park facility.

Your main responsibilities:

• Improve the manufacturing processes of components:
                     
    - Generate solid models for the different process phases.
    - Develop work instructions and guidelines for the implementation of new processes.

• Define and implement the necessary improvements to industrialize products: reduce lead times and non-quality costs.

• Provide support to production and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Who are we looking for?

Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Required experience: Previous experience and knowledge in manufacturing processes (machining, NDTs, CMM, etc.), along with data analysis skills and strong coordination and communication abilities.

Essential knowledge:

• 3D part modeling and drafting (CAD, preferably Siemens NX)

• Product lifecycle management software (PLM, preferably Teamcenter) and SAP

Languages: Advanced level of English

• Proactivity, teamwork, willingness to learn and adapt.
