What is the objective of this project and what does it consist

At ITP Aero, we are looking for a highly qualified Project Manager to join our IT and Security Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Maintenance in Production projects, specifically in the areas of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and SAP Production. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Maintenance in Production projects 
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integration and functionality of systems.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including technical and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and quality standards.
• Control of licenses and contracts with suppliers

What profile are we looking for?

• Education:  Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) will be highly valued
• Experience in: At least 5 yaers as a Project Manager managing IT and Security projects, preferably in production environments.
• Knowledge in:  Deep knowledge of PLM and MES   
• Lenguages: Fluency in both English and Spanish, with a very high level of proficiency
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Open to change, eager to learn, proactive, flexible, adaptable, with analytical skills, initiative and critical thinking
  • Leadership skills to influence teams within the organization at global level
  • Communication, active listening and relationship skills, with the ability to navigate at the different areas in the organization, including senior leadership

Who will I work with (in my team and in collaboration with other areas)?

You will provide service to ITP Aero from its headquarters in Madrid or Bilbao-Vizcaya, under the guidance of professionals with extensive experience in the sector in a leading company in aeronautical engines and components that ranks among the top companies in the global aeronautical industry.

You will work closely with the Team of IT & Security Specialist in IT Maintenance, with fluid interlocution with the rest of the IT Team and Business.
