Group Property Associate Director – ITP Aero (F/M/X)

 

 

Role Purpose:

 

The Group Property Associate Director is responsible for the Group Property function at a global level, including development, management and overall results of the function. It is the function responsible for managing all physical assets and industrial infrastructure across the company. Its mission is to ensure that factories, laboratories, offices, and utilities operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably while enabling future growth.

The role establishes a robust operating model, global standards, and a governance framework that ensure assets, campuses, and services operate at the highest, defined standards to support business growth over the coming years, including OE and MRO expansion projects globally.

Reporting to the Vice President Operations, this role provides enterprise-level oversight, builds a high-performing global organization, and ensures that property, infrastructure, and campus service strategies are fully aligned with industrial and business priorities, driving long-term value creation for ITP Aero..

 

Scope:

 

  • Group-wide accountability for the function, including current expansion projects in India, Spain, USA and Norway.
  • Definition and execution of global standards, governance frameworks, and performance across all campuses, including transformation plans of the sites to continue the improvement journey.
  • Responsible of Capital investment planning, OPEX planning and management and execution on time and cost of the approved projects.
  • Responsibility for legal compliance, risk management, and technical integrity of facilities.
  • Support to business growth initiatives, such as M&A integration activities.
  • Support decarbonization projects aligned with the Net Zero and Decarbonization plan.

 

Main accountabilities:

 

  • Define and implement the global Group Property strategy in alignment with industrial and business priorities. Translating business and industrial requirements into coherent asset and campus development roadmaps.
  • Lead the Group Property investment planning, managing Group Property OPEX, ensuring transparency, cost control, execution on time and on Budget.
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve global ITP standards for buildings, offices, and campus services. Stay up to date with applicable regulations, such as fire safety and energy efficiency, ensuring full legal compliance.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global Group Property organization, ensuring safety & sustainability objectives, and overall business performance.
  • Develop and manage Group-level contractors in collaboration with the Purchasing function and responsible of achieving necessary permits with local institutions on time fulfilling all necessary requirements.

 

 

Profile:

 

Training & background:

 

•  Higher education degree, preferably in Engineering or Architecture.

•  Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with a solid track record in:

  • Industrial environments managing complex Property projects (building construction, electrical, gas, HVAC installations…).
  • Definition and execution of civil works projects.
  • Managerial positions, leading and developing teams, with the ability to motivate, coordinate and manage talent in dynamic environments.

•  Proven project management skills.

•  Proficiency in English and Spanish.

•  Strong IT knowledge.
