What is the objective of this project?
At ITPAero, we are looking for an IT Engineering profile to join the Infrastructure and Operations team. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the definition, evolution, and operation of the digital workplace environment, helping to guarantee a secure, standardized, and efficient endpoint management model. To achieve this, they will rely on modern device management tools, automation, and security policies.
This position will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s digital environment and to the evolution towards modern device management models, taking into account future needs and the company’s growth, ensuring that we remain aligned with competitive standards.
- Administration and evolution of corporate device management platforms (SCCM/MECM, Intune).
- Lifecycle management of endpoints: provisioning, deployment, configuration, renewal, and retirement.
- Deployment of software, updates, and patches across corporate devices.
- Definition and implementation of security and compliance policies on endpoints (encryption, hardening, access control).
- Resolution of complex technical incidents related to the workplace environment.
- Automation of operational processes through IaC.
- Collaboration with security, infrastructure, and user support teams.
- Technical coordination with vendors and manufacturers.
- Technical documentation and continuous improvement of the department’s services.
Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification. Certifications in Microsoft technologies or IT service management frameworks will be valued.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in administering device management environments and digital workplace environments in corporate organizations.
Knowledge:

- Endpoint management with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
- Device deployment using Autopilot and MDM management.
- Administration of Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device management (iOS, Android).
- Identity and access management with Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Endpoint security: BitLocker, hardening, compliance, EDR/XDR.
- Automation through IaC, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
- Knowledge of IT operations processes (incidents, changes, problems).
Languages: English, B2 level.
