TRAINING ANALYST

Mission:

Support the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of training and development processes, ensuring alignment with business needs, regulatory compliance, and the correct operation of internal and external learning programs.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for the delivery of internal and external courses (announcements, rooms, attendance).
  • Keep employee training records up to date.
  • Manage the 2‑day induction courses.
  • Support the recruitment area with the signing of onboarding documents (NDA, nationality registration, Data Protection Notice, etc.).
  • Follow up on onboarding logistics and indicators.
  • Maintain updated training records in the formats and databases required by the corresponding authorities.
  • Participate in activities derived from organizational projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Support the design, updating, and follow‑up of KPIs assigned to the project and/or initiative.

 

Who we are looking for:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

 

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience in training or organizational development.

 

Required knowledge and/or software:

Proficiency in Excel and Office 365 tools.

 

Preferred knowledge and/or software:

  • STPS regulations related to training
  • LMS platform management

 

Languages:

Intermediate English required.

 

Other requirements:

Available to work in a full time schedule.
