Functions and Responsibilities

• Lead communication with the Client effectively, defending the plant's interests.
• Respond effectively to customer rejections.
• Attend and defend client audits at the plant.
• Respond to NCs derived from audits in a timely manner.
• Adapt the Quality System to new Client requirements.
• Successfully implement the specifications of current and future clients.
• Be responsible for the plant's Quality KPIs, especially QNs and NCs from audits.
• Responsible for the standardization of plant processes.
• Responsible for improving the plant's workflow.
• Contribute to process improvement and innovation at the plant.

Profile

Academic Degree:

Industrial Engineering or related field.

Required Knowledge:

• Aeronautical standards.
• Direct interaction with clients.
• Advanced English.

Necessary Experience:

3 years in the Quality area.
