Manufacturing Engineer (F/M/X)

Objective of the position:

• Development and continuous improvement of the production processes required for manufacturing the parts in the Area, ensuring production volume and operating margin
• Ensure production efficiency in the Area

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and support of the parts to be manufactured in the Area
• Continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes for the parts
  • • Reduction of leadtime
    • Cost improvement for parts 
• Integration with the plant team to optimize production processes

Who we are looking for:

• Education: Industrial Engineering or similar
• Required knowledge:

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably those related to sheet metal fabrication:

          FORMING: bending, Pressing, etc

JOINING METHODS: Brazing, TIG welding, riveting, etc

- Knowledge of modeling and drafting in NX

- Knowledge of Teamcenter

- Knowledge of SAP

- Drawing interpretation, tolerances and GDT

• Languages: Spanish & technical English

Who will you be working with?

The selected person will join the tube engineering team. This is a multidisciplinary team with experience in all areas required for the development and production of the parts that make up the aerostructures (excluding turbomachinery) of aircraft engines.
