Industrial Development Professional – Castings

Your Main Responsibilities

• Ergonomics and occupational risk prevention
• Design of macro and micro layouts, 5S projects, and workstation optimization
• Process standardization, value-added analysis, and MTM or Bedaux methodologies
• Balancing operations across production lines
• TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) organization
• Process control and improvement methodologies (SPC, Six Sigma, MSA)
• Current/future value stream mapping (VSM), stock definition, and WIP control methods
• Optimization of material handling and logistics
• SMED projects and changeover time optimization
• Problem analysis and resolution: KPI management, participation in improvement cycles and problem-solving (8D, SCRA, CEDAC, etc.)
• FMEA, risk analysis and prevention, and poka-yoke implementation
• Calculation and monitoring of indicators (costs, load-capacity, improvement, etc.)
• Use of applicable management software: PLM, MES, ERP
• Automation and automatic equipment
• Definition of handling standards
• Financial and economic management of investments

Who We’re Looking For

Education
Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

Experience
At least 5 years in the role or in similar positions and functions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Software

• Knowledge of quality tools
• Familiarity with MRP systems
• Intermediate to advanced English
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
