Objective | Completing all the activities to induct the first engine in Q1 2027, this includes MRR and all associated milestones. |
Functions and Responsabilities | GTF projects requires three Module Project Managers to lead capability acquisition for the: • Cold End • Hot End • Installations & accessories. The GTF Module Project Managers will report to the GTF Chief Engineer, and functionally to the MRO&Assembly Engineering Associate Director. The GTF Module Project managers main responsibilities are: • Manage the team (powerplant, repair, tooling, configuration, industrialization & operations and automatization) to achieve capability acquisition in quality, time and cost. • Ensure TAT and OTD requirements of the activities completed. • Capability development non-conformance management. • Support GTF Programme with the investments management required by the project execution. • Support GTF programme team with the Change Control and Risks management process. • The budget management for the assigned tasks according to the project management process. • Support all the product and process Technical Audit reviews. For this new capability acquisition, the GTF Module Project Managers will be responsible for: • Ensure DAT process definition is properly aligned with EM achieving the best TAT and industrial process • To lead validation strategies to fulfil internal and external requirements of repair processes, including special processes, machining and measuring strategies, etc. • To ensure project team is properly integrated to validate tooling and machinery related with DAT and repair processes. • To liaise and provide technical support to operators about processes, products and working together to fix any issue in daily production. • To support the contacts with PW to propose improved technical solutions, get technical support and approval of deviations. • To represent ITP Aero in technical and programme meetings and audits with PW and quality. • To lead and coordinate multidisciplinary team to perform Root Cause Analysis of quality issues and define contention, preventive and corrective actions. |
Required Profile | • Background in MRO DAT and/or repair process • Experience in MRO MRR process • Knowledge of MRO SAP • Has project management knowledge and understands sequencing, priority setting and critical path analysis • Has understanding of manufacturing/repair processes relevant to the business. • Has understanding of Aerospace materials and related standards. • Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems and ERP (CAD, CAM, SAP, Technical Publications, Siemens Team centre, etc.) is desirable. • Knowledge of common IT tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Outolook. • Has good communications skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation. • Willing to learn and develop within team work in a cross-functional team. • Is self-organized and focused but adaptive and able to prioritize in order to deal with different projects and priorities during normal running of business. |
