Reports to  MRO Large Commercial Engine Programs Associate Director
Scope  • Support the Sales & Commercial Director for the definition, offering, negotiation and management of Development, Production and In Service Support Contracts. Customer Support Senior Professional at ITP Aero MRO Business Unit serves as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring seamless coordination of services, administrative exchanges, and reporting. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, managing risks, and supporting operational readiness across maintenance and repair activities.
Accountabilities  - Act as the main point of contact for assigned MRO customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Coordinate internal teams (engineering, logistics, procurement, quality) to meet customer requirements.
- Manage administrative exchanges including contracts, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoicing.
- Prepare and deliver structured reports to customers, including performance metrics, service status, and compliance indicators.
- Ensure interface readiness for customer audits, technical reviews, and operational meetings.
- Monitor and report internally on account performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Support forecasting and planning activities based on customer demand and maintenance schedules.
 - Manage GTF   Customer account for MRO.
- Coordination with ITP OEM Program when requiered.
- Management of Contract Requirements.
- Oversees service delivery performance, turnaround times, and compliance with contract.
- Participates in customer audits
 
Profile  Experience: Proven experience in customer account management within the MRO or technical services sector.
- Strong understanding of MRO & repair processes, and operational planning.
- Proficiency in SAP MRO.
Education   Bachelor / Master Degr Engineering degree qualified in Aerospace or engineering related discipline.  
Languages   - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
