Position Mission
To develop and execute ITP Aero’s local communication strategy in Mexico, ensuring alignment with the global narrative, strengthening employee engagement, corporate reputation, and the company’s positioning as an employer and a relevant player in the local environment. This role works in close coordination with the global Communications & Government Affairs function, the local Human Resources team, and the Managing Director of Mexico.
Your Main Responsibilities
Purpose 1: Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
- Define and execute the annual internal communication plan for Mexico, aligned with the global strategy.
- Coordinate engagement, culture, and local leadership initiatives with HR.
- Create and adapt local content for global internal channels.
- Support the communication of corporate, business, and transformation messages.
- Develop and coordinate internal events (All Hands, leadership meetings, etc.).
Purpose 2: External Communication & Reputation
- Manage local content for social media and corporate channels.
- Support the organization and visibility of external events (business, employment, institutional).
- Coordinate relationships with local media and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of communication plans in sensitive situations or crisis scenarios.
Purpose 3: Brand, Community & Global Alignment
- Ensure proper use and positioning of the ITP Aero brand in Mexico; manage local sponsorships and related initiatives.
- Manage community engagement initiatives and social investment activities (with a focus on STEM initiatives).
- Act as a connection point between global communication priorities and local business needs.
- When required, act as a coordinator on topics related to Government Affairs.
Who We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of previous experience in corporate communications or marketing roles (experience in an industrial or multinational environment is desirable).
