What is the objective of this project and what does it consist of?

In ITP Aero, we are looking for a talented individual to join our Value Creation Office and contribute to the fulfilment of our growth plan, through the support to key transformational projects within the Industrial/ Operational area, along their definition, planning and execution stages.

Main Responsabilities:

• Business acumen: generating and collecting new ideas for value creation
• Project management : Driving consensus on the execution of key strategic and complex projects
• Stakeholders management: becoming key point of contact of  Project owners within the value creation Office, leading/coordinating multiple stakeholders across the organization
• Planning and execution: assisting  in planning and execution
• Analysis: conducting insightful analysis and reports, and presenting your results to the team and colleagues
• Monitoring and reporting: consolidating all the projects/initiatives within scope for reporting and governance

 What profile are we looking for?

• Education: Technical degree (preferably Aeronautic)
• Experience required: more than  4-7 years working experience in similar positions ideally in industry-related sectors.
• Knowledge in:
  • Industrial / Technical field experience
  • Aerospace industry
  • MS Office, especially MS Excel and PPT
  • Basic proficiency and an interest in financial key performance indicators and the ability to structure and analyse disperse data
• Soft skills:
  • Good problem solving and reasoning abilities
  • Team work capabilities, including adapting to already existing team,  and ability to learn and lead multi-area project teams
  • Results-oriented approach to achieve project objectives
  • Flexible and able to drive consensus decisions in complex stakeholder situations.
  • Excellent skills in organization, project, and task management
• Language: fluent in English, both orally and writing

Who will I work with (in my team and in collaboration with other areas)?

You will provide service to ITP Aero from its headquarters in Zamudio (Vizcaya) , under the guidance of professionals with extensive experience in the sector in a leading company in aeronautical engines and components that ranks among the top companies in the global aeronautical industry.

You will work closely with the Head of the Value Creation Office, alongside with other Value Creation leaders

You will collaborate regularly with multiple stakeholders from the Operations/ Industrial organization as per your projects/ initiatives scope
