EJ200 Commercial Support (F/M/X):

ITP Aero is looking for a person to join our EJ200 team as Commercial Support.

Main responsibilities of the position:

• Preparation of commercial offers and contracts for NETMA and Export clients.

• Preparation of approval gates and follow-up of closing actions.

• Support for order management, invoicing and monitoring of overdue debt in signed contracts.

• Tracking deliverables in signed contracts.

• Preparation of price investigation reports and their defence before the competent bodies of the Ministry of Defence.

• Support for reporting activities to the Defence Business Unit related to the EJ200 Program.

• Dialogue with other areas of ITP, National Client and Eurojet Consortium. Attendance at meetings of working groups and program teams.

• Support for the generation of the Annual Budget and Business Case of the EJ200 program.

• Support for internal and external audits.

What profile are we looking for?

Education: University degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Business Administration and Management.

Experience of at least two years, in the preparation and management of aeronautical contracts.

Essential knowledge: financial and contractual articulation.

Desirable knowledge of EJ200 engine, MRO, SAP and MS Office.

Languages: English.

Soft Skills:

Negotiation skills and relationship with multidisciplinary teams.

Communication skills.

Leadership.
