Technical Support to Military Customer (F/M/X)

Main responsibilities:

• Provide customer support, Technical Assistance from the facilities of the Air Force Headquarters
• Interface with manufacturers and participation in Component Improvement Programs, request for studies of customer-specific problems, analysis of problems of other operators, acceptance/rejection of modification proposals.
• Review of applicable Bulletins and Directives, edition of national Technical Instructions, monitoring of their application.
• In-service monitoring of parts, life consumption, configuration.
• Support for Accident/Incident Investigations when required.
• Monitoring of fleet status: diagonals of engines and modules, forecasting of downgrades due to scheduled maintenance, compliance with operation plans, etc.
• Drafting and monitoring of Reparation Files.
• Study for approval of "Repair Notes" and "Repair Instructions" published by the industry.
• Support to Bases and Workshops: maintenance control, supplies, resolution of logistical and technical problems.
• Capture and analysis of operation data.
• Support in the client's administrative and management processes.
• Customer Service Support Organization and Procedures
• In-Service Fleet Operation and Management
• Contracts and agreements for In-Service Support by ITP
• Aircraft Engine Maintenance Processes and Procedures
• Handling of applicable technical documentation
• Knowledge of logistics operations and systems.

What profile are we looking for?

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. (Preferably Aeronautics)

Knowledge and Experience required.

Experience working on, or for, client.

Experience in processes and procedures of Maintenance of aircraft engines.

Management of the applicable technical documentation.

Knowledge of logistics operations and systems.
