Scope To carry out service engineering tasks and support  through resolution of Technical Queries (TQs) and Technical Variances (TVs) to cover deviation to: published limits, flight data analysis, troubleshooting, etc. 
Accountabilities * Support to ML1/ML2 activities through EPI consortium and ML2/ML3 activities within ITP Aero and TEI.
* Management of Front and Back-office activities in support to KPI3.
* Generation of ITP Aero Service Bulletins and Coordination with EPI consortium.

    o ITP focal point for TQs for EPI consortium.
    o Elaboration of responses to TQs or TV assessments.
    o Management of TQs and TVs internally with the Back Office and externally with the EPI Consortium through the TP400 Portal.
    o Support Technical Back Office on getting and compiling additional information required. 
    o Leading follow-up meetings to coordinate priorities and support the ITP and ZGZ MRO lines, achieving contractual KPIs and TATs.
    o Weekly reporting of TQ priorities with deadlines to meet KPIs.
    o Support and monitoring of Service Engineering Instructions (SEIs).
    o Support to Service Bulleting creation and management with EPI Consortium.
Profile   o High coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
  o Ability to interface with different customers and internal functions.
  o Solution driven oriented.
  o 3-5 years experience in Service Support and related technical knowledge
 
Education  Engineering degree
Languages  Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
