Objective  To ensure the effective and compliant management of personnel administration, payroll, and labor relations processes across a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees distributed nationwide across different ITP Aero locations, providing high-quality support to employees and stakeholders while ensuring adherence to labor legislation and collective agreements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR operations.
Functions and Responsibilities  Manage all personnel administration activities, including hires, terminations, contract amendments, internal movements, and maintenance of employee documentation.

Prepare and manage payroll, social security contributions, and related calculations (income tax, settlements, and termination payments), applying different collective bargaining agreements and ensuring compliance with labor legislation, for a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees distributed nationwide across different ITP Aero locations, covered by different Collective Agreements.

Manage labor-related procedures and relationships with official authorities (Social Security, Employment Services, and other public bodies), as well as the use of labor administration tools and platforms.

Provide guidance and support to employees on employment, contractual, and compensation-related matters, ensuring the accuracy and quality of HR data within HR systems.

Manage technical labor relations activities, including participation in collective bargaining processes, interpretation and application of collective agreements, and coordination of employee representative elections.
Analyze and manage HR processes, including retirement processes, preparation of reports and KPIs, and coordination of HR projects and internal initiatives.
Required Profile Minimum of 5 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll management within complex and high-volume environments.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and social security regulations.
Advanced experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer-service orientation.
Proactive, autonomous, and able to thrive in dynamic environments.
Education  Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, Labor Sciences, or a related field.
