KAM EJ200 for Saudi Arabia Customer (F/M/X):

In order to reinforce the EJ200 team at the Ajalvir facilities, we want to incorporate a person who will be responsible for the following functions:

Main responsibilities of the position:

Provide Middle East Propulsion Company (MEPC) support for planning & implementation of industrial capability in country and the performance monitoring of the MRO contract between ITP and MEPC as part of Eurojet flowdown responsibilities to ITP within the SALAM SSSP4 Contract.

- Creating transfer Plans and monitoring their implementation.

- Tracking of subcontracted module repair activity including definition and monitoring of internal and contractual indicators and Milestones of both MRO and SSA contracts with

  MEPC.

- To support MEPC in country to solve any identified ITP issue

- To coordinate and support all ITP areas to progress on the activities required to provide MEPC the contracted services

- To coordinate and support Eurojet and EJ PCs to progress on the activities that impact to ITP and MEPC performance of contracted activities

What profile are we looking for?

Education Required: Degree in aeronautical engineering. (Desirable specialty motors)

Experience 5+ years experience in a similar role.

Technical skills:

• Familiar with Contract language, structure, documentation and milestone management.
• Compelling leadership personality coupled with the ability of negotiation and influencing, priority setting, conflict resolution and ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Ability to create and lead cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication, open mind and good human relationships.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Highly desirable experience of working within a multicultural or international collaboration, specially with Middle East countries.
• NATO security and/or Spanish Security clearance already in place or the hability to obtain.

Languages: English & Spanish High Level

Able to travel to customer facilities in Middle East.
