Customer Account Manager MRO Large Engines (F/M/X):
Mission:
Customer Account Manager at ITP Aero MRO Business Unit serves as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring seamless coordination of services, administrative exchanges, and reporting. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, managing risks, and supporting operational readiness across maintenance and repair activities.
Main Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned MRO customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Coordinate internal teams (engineering, logistics, procurement, quality) to meet customer requirements.
- Manage administrative exchanges including contracts, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoicing.
- Prepare and deliver structured reports to customers, including performance metrics, service status, and compliance indicators.
- Ensure interface readiness for customer audits, technical reviews, and operational meetings.
- Monitor and report internally on account performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Support forecasting and planning activities based on customer demand and maintenance schedules.

Collaborates with other Account Managers to share best practices and align on service standards.
Reports to MRO Large Commercial Engine Programs Associate Director
Scope:
- Manage Rolls Royce LPT T1000 & Pratt & Whittney Canada PW800 customer accounts for MRO.
- Coordination with ITP OEM Program when requiered.
- Oversees service delivery performance, turnaround times, and compliance with SLAs.
- Participates in customer audits, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Supports contract renewals and service expansion opportunities.
- This position requires close interaction with operations.
What profile are we looking for?
Education Required: Degree in engineering or related discipline.
Experience: Proven experience in customer account management within the MRO or technical services sector.
- Strong understanding of MRO & repair processes, and operational planning.
- Proficiency in SAP MRO.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
